If you’re looking for bright pink wedding inspiration, look no further than this vibrant wedding in Gruene! Kristina and Sean got married at the Chandelier of Gruene on a beautiful spring day. The couple wanted a classic wedding with lots of bright pink tones and floral accents, so bringing that vision to life alongside the team from Reiley and Rose was so much fun!
Kristina wanted to incorporate lots of flowers and floral statement pieces into the bright pink wedding. One place we added a floral detail was on the invitation suite with a classic white stationery that was embossed with a floral border. Another floral touch was the embroidered sequin pattern on Kristina’s white ball gown that had a deep v-neckline. She also chose a cathedral length veil with a floral lace detail that was absolutely gorgeous.
The flowers from Reiley and Rose were the real show stopper of the day. Kristina carried a gorgeous bouquet of peonies and roses in various shades of bright pink and white. Touches of greenery throughout provided a gorgeous contrast to the vibrant flowers.
Prior to the ceremony, Kristina and Sean exchanged private vows. It was a great way for them to share their thoughts and feelings and enjoy a few moments to themselves before the ceremony. When it was time for the ceremony, the couple got married in front of beautiful floral towers filled with bright pink and white flowers which provided such beautiful pops of color to the neutral space.
The bride loves alpacas, so Kristina and Sean found a company that has alpacas for rent. The couple got to take pictures with the alpacas which were dressed in wedding attire. The alpacas were a huge hit with the guests!
For the reception we wanted to focus on textures, prints, and flowers. Reiley and Rose designed beautiful floral arrangements in various shades of pink for the reception. We chose fun linen textures and prints from BBJ La Tavola and the head table’s textured linens were inspired by Kristina’s gown. To brighten up the space, we brought in a white dance floor which looked great with the bright pink flowers.
Towards the end of the night, Kristina and Sean snuck outside to take some pictures outside. Using various lights, Allison Jeffers got some stunning nighttime shots. To cap off the night, the couple had Amy’s Ice Creams and P. Terry’s for guests to enjoy as a late night snack. It was a fun way to end such a beautiful day!
