Claire and Wyatt got married at Park 31 which was an amazing venue for this classic blue and white wedding! Claire and Wyatt began dating in high school, but they ended up going to different colleges and continued dating long-distance. They were looking for a venue that was close to where they grew up and Park 31 checked off all the boxes. The couple loved that the venue was set in the Hill Country and had hints of old-world charm mixed with modern, industrial touches. It was the perfect place for Claire and Wyatt to celebrate their love!
Claire and the bridesmaids got ready at Park 31 in the bridal suite. Claire chose a form-fitting lace gown with a long train and a partial-illusion back. She did a first look with her bridesmaids and grandma. The reaction on her grandma’s face was priceless! The bridesmaids wore different styles of navy blue dresses and carried bouquets of white flowers with pops of blue flowers and greenery. Their bouquets paired perfectly with Claire’s bouquet full of blue and white flowers including peonies and roses.
The couple had their ceremony at a Catholic church which included a traditional Catholic mass. Claire wore a blusher veil down the aisle and had her dad lift it up when he gave her away. We don’t see that tradition as much anymore, so it’s always sweet to see. Wyatt and the groomsmen looked sharp in their black suits with navy blue ties and white and green boutonnieres. The couple said their vows, then it was time to head to Park 31 to celebrate!
Guests were welcomed into the reception space after cocktail hour at Park 31. One of the couple’s hobbies together is horseback riding, so we wanted to highlight that by using horseshoes as escort cards. It was one of my favorite details of the night! We added touches of blue by using navy blue runners down the middle of the tables and light blue napkins. We incorporated white by using white candles and having tall floral centerpieces filled with white flowers on each table.
One of the best parts about Park 31 is all of the locations available for taking pictures. We snuck Claire and Wyatt away for some golden hour photos and they ended up being gorgeous pictures. There’s a truss bridge that we included in several of the shots that I loved. The truss bridge was also the perfect place to capture the happy couple leaving the reception with sparklers lighting up the night. Congrats to Claire and Wyatt!
